Day 1 : Nairobi – Masai Mara
A pick-up from the airport by your Kenya Safari guide and depart to the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive at Mara in the afternoon and report to your designated camp where lunch will be served. Set out for an exciting afternoon game drive and explore the famous Masai Mara which has been described as ‘the greatest wildlife shows on earth’.
Day 2 & 3 : Explore Masai Mara Game Reserve
These 2 days will be spent entirely exploring the Mara Game Reserve. After an early morning breakfast, make your way into this African wild. Go for an early morning drive where you’ll get a close-up view of animals like giraffes, lions, leopards, buffalos, wild dogs, zebras and antelopes among others. If it’s the Great migration season, you will have the pleasure of seeing over 2 million wildebeests and Zebras make their way from Serengeti across the Mara River into the Masai Mara. Head back to your lodge or camp just in time for lunch. Have a relaxed afternoon before going for an evening game drive. The evening game drive helps you relax your mind as you enjoy the scenic topography and the setting sun. Drive back to your camp in the evening.
Day 4 : Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha
The next destination is Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, you will visit the park for an optional boat ride. Lake Naivasha is one of the largest freshwater lake in Kenya. The lake forms part of Hell’s gate conservation area, which was enacted as a bid to protect the areas surrounding the lake and its inhabitants. On the cruise, you will see the hippopotamus and other aquatic creatures. Later, you will be escorted to your lodge.
Day 5 : Lake Naivasha – Amboseli
Wake up for an early breakfast after which you will leave for Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for offering the best view of Mt. Kilimanjaro; the highest mountain in Africa. Make your way into the park just in time for lunch. Embark on an afternoon game drive during which you will see animals like cheetahs, lions, African elephants and giraffes among others. The landscape and vegetation at Amboseli National Park is also a sight to behold.
Day 6 : Amboseli – Tsavo West
Early in the morning after breakfast, you shall drive to Tsavo west national park for an early morning game drive. With hundreds of thousands of wildlife animals, you shall have the opportunity to spot many wildlife species that inhabit within the park. Some of the common species to witness include crocodiles, leopards, lions, giraffes, zebras Mongoose, buffaloes, cheetahs, and others. You shall appreciate the conservational efforts made to save Rhinos-the Ngulia sanctuary which is located within the park nurses black Rhinos. One of the best attractions during the game drive is the Mzima springs- the springs squeeze out over fifty million gallons of water. At sunset, you shall return to the lodge for dinner, relaxation, and overnight.
Day 7 : Tsavo West – Mombasa Beach
On this day your beach holiday will begin. After breakfast, start your journey to Mombasa which is located in Coastal Kenya. Mombasa is famous for the Indian Ocean. You will have your lunch enroute since Mombasa is located miles away. Arrive late in the afternoon and retire to your designated Resort.
Day 8 & 9 : Mombasa Beach Relaxation
Wake to a sumptuous breakfast after which you will begin to explore Mombasa City. Mombasa is renowned for its beautiful North Coast and South Coast beaches which you will explore in the two days. Enjoy beach activities snorkeling, volleyball, swimming with dolphins, and tennis among others. In addition, you will enjoy visiting major historic sites Fort Jesus among others.
Day 10 : Depart to Nairobi
The morning is at your disposal today. After an early lunch you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival, proceed to check in for your outbound connecting flight.
